PrintLogic.Ai is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, security, and ethical business practices. Our policies are designed to protect both our customers and our organization while ensuring efficient operations.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Production requests submitted before 3:00 PM will be processed same business day
- Emergency rush orders available with 2-hour turnaround (subject to availability)
- Standard turnaround time: 24-48 business hours
- Quality guarantee: 100% satisfaction or reprint at no charge
Payment & Billing
- Deposits required for orders exceeding $500
- Payment terms: Net 30 for established accounts
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card, ACH, check, wire transfer
- Late payment fees: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins for full refund
- 50% cancellation fee if production has started
- No refunds once order is completed and ready for pickup/delivery
- Custom orders are non-refundable once approved
Quality Control
- All jobs undergo multi-point quality inspection
- Digital proofs provided for approval before final production
- Color accuracy guaranteed within industry standards (±5% Delta E)
- Reprints provided at no charge for verified quality issues
Acceptable Use
- PrintLogic.Ai may refuse to produce materials that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- We reserve the right to decline orders containing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Customer certifies they have rights to reproduce submitted materials

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PrintLogic.Ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
PrintLogic.Ai provides a commercial printing workflow automation platform including:
- Microsoft Outlook add-in for production order submission
- Estimate review and approval workflows
- Paper pricing and inventory queries
- Payment request processing
- AI-powered assistants (Ask PrintSmith, Ask PRL)
- Delivery management tools
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Accounts are non-transferable without prior written consent
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
- Impersonate others or provide false information
5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment Terms
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- Deposits non-refundable once production begins
- Payment due per invoice terms (typically Net 30)
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
- We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Service provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total liability shall not exceed amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to claim
8. Termination
- By You: You may cancel your account at any time
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or non-payment
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with:
- Microsoft 365: Subject to Microsoft's Terms of Service
- Stripe: Payment processing subject to Stripe's Terms
- Anthropic Claude AI: Subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy
- PrintSmith EFI: Integration for data queries only
